Signed by Kim Stanley Robinson on the limitation page, who also did the afterword. Frontis illustration and Gilt cover decoration by Keith Roberts. The volume Cosmogony & Cosmology was limited to 825 total copies, with an introduction by Paul Williams. 500 were paperbound, and only 325 were hardbound and included with the special hardcover editions. No dust jacket as issued for Cosmogony & Cosmology.
